Penn's Supply Management organization in conjunction with Publication Services, launched a new commodity project to enhance the process of purchasing University stationery. The business objectives of this initiative were to maximize the campus-wide stationery commodity business opportunity, provide a more streamlined ordering process through the Penn Marketplace, improve product quality and delivery, lower cost for products, and increase customer satisfaction. Maximum Graphics was selected as the sole contract source supplier for this ambitious project. Upon selection, Maximum Graphics immediately began the process of building a site which would meet our specific needs. The end result was a system which not only successfully integrated with Penn's Oracle based financial system, but created a user friendly environment for the university community.
